Casting and machining of bronze alloys
One piece casting capacity for phosphor, bronze and alloys from 1 Kg to 1600 Kg
The nonsense is small, round, objects whose main substance is lead, used for firing with shotguns, consisting of a mixture of lead, antimony, and arsenic.
Scattering of plain lead is not full round but soft, therefore, in order to be full round, 1% -1.5% arsenic is added in this mixture,
arsenic, does not lead to moisture, strengthens the outer surface and makes it easier to pour, that is, the formation of drops, at the same time hardens the absurdity.
For hardening of the scatter, antimony is added to this mixture as much as 2% - 3%, this percentage may very rarely be more, as the antimony additive increases as the absurd becomes hard and not full round during casting, the absurd lighter becomes light, ie the rate becomes less (ie, lower).
We consider antimony doped nonsense to be harsh, so that more effective shots can be made with antimony nonsense, the nonsense becomes more robust and the distribution is better.
